What is the new fiscalization?

According to the new law, the devices are visually, technologically, and functionally different (one roll, slot or security element reader, several different platforms, with retail software).

Can you get the security element for me?

Yes, Galeb will help you with all administrative tasks.

How to get to the security element?

As of November 1, 2021, authorized persons liable for fiscalization shall register at portal ePorezi using a qualified certificate, select the PIB of the payer for whom they want to see an invitation message for the further fiscalization procedure and directly from the portal ePorezi apply to the electronic service for fiscalization (ESF).

What does the initial setup package include?

The package of initial settings includes the creation, that is, the activation of your company with data about the company and employees. Also, part of the package is the download and installation of a digital certificate, activation of the security element, and complete setup of the device for work. As part of this package, we also offer you help with applying for state aid for refunding funds in the fiscalization (subsidy) percentage.

What do I get with "Galeb" fiscal solution?

Electronic payment device with integrated printer, cash register application, Cloud portal with advanced functionalities including business analytics, data backup in the Cloud, SIM card with Internet traffic, installation and training, user manual, as well as always available user and technical support. Additionally, the card payment module can be activated on the device. The price of the solution includes regular system updates so that they work in accordance with the Law.

Can users change the price list, add employees, etc.?

In case of failure, is it possible to get a replacement device?

If our service team is still unable to fix the fault, we will provide you with a replacement device.

Can you upgrade your old devices so you don't have to buy new ones?

Every upgrade, even though it seems profitable at first, is by no means the case. Namely, the components in the devices are outdated, as such they become unavailable.

Galeb, respecting its users, will not go into customizing (upgrading) old devices, because even though it seems profitable at first, it is by no means.

Old devices are based on 17-year-old technology, components for service and production become unavailable on the market, and as such are drastically more expensive, with long deadlines for their availability. This leads to the fact that, in case of any failure, the user has a cost that exceeds the purchase of a new device. From all of the above, we decided to present the real picture to users, that is, not to involve users in the additional costs of servicing and maintaining worn-out devices.
