Select the statistics/accounts option, find the account that needs to be cancelled, click on the three dots to the right of the account and in the drop-down menu select "cancel account" then the blue field "confirm" and then in the field "identification" enter 10: then the PIB of your company if the reason for the cancellation is Your mistake or if the reason for the cancellation is the user's request, enter 10:pa PIB of the user for a legal entity or 20:pa ID card number for a natural person.
