On the back office online platform, first of all, you select the "Warehouse" option, then the "Items" option, by clicking on the field

Export to your computer an xlsx file with a template for creating a new database for importing articles.
You do not change the data you see in the image above, they are the column headings by which you should enter the data of your items.
In column A "Product code", enter the article code if you have it, if you don't have one, leave it blank.
In column B "Name", enter the name of the article, which must not contain more than 40 characters.
In column C "Price with VAT" enter the price of the item which must not be 0 or over 99 999 999.99 and should be formatted as text
In column D "VAT", enter the exact name of the group that belongs to that product. The name should be the same as in the backoffic, taking care of capital letters. If it is in Cyrillic in the back office, it should also be entered in the file.
In column E "Barcode", enter the barcode of the product, if there is one. It can contain from 8 to 14 characters. If there is no field, leave it blank.
In column F "Group", enter the exact names of the groups as they are entered in the back office. If you do not want to sort items by groups, enter "Default Group" in these fields.
In column G "Measuring unit" we enter the exact names of the units of measure as they are written in the back office, so not the labels of the units of measure but their names.
In column H "Wearehouse" enter the exact names of the warehouse as they are written in the backoffice. If you do not want to sort items by warehouse, enter "Own warehouse" in this column.
In column I "Track amount", enter N if you do not want to track the stock level and Y if you do.
In column J "Minimun stock", enter 0 or leave the column empty if you do not want to monitor the stock level, if you want, enter the minimum amount of stock. When the stock of that item reaches the indicated minimum stock, the cashier will notify you to order new stock, but will not prevent you from selling that product.
Enter the database of articles formed in this way into the back office by clicking on the field

after which a new window opens

By clicking on the "Add" field, a window opens in which you can select the created database from your computer, then by clicking on the "Mode" field, a drop-down menu opens, where by clicking on the "Add" field, you add the created article database to the article database that already exists in the warehouse, by clicking in the "Replace" field, enter the created article base and at the same time delete all the articles that exist in the warehouse.
By clicking on the "Import" field, you start the process of importing the created article database.
