You need to force stop the application.

You get to the home screen by placing your finger on the bottom of the screen and swiping up where a triangle, circle and square will appear.

Click on the circle.

On the home screen, hold your finger longer on the miniERP application.

You select the option "Application Information" then "Force Stop" "Confirm" and enter miniERP again. Then, in the main menu, select the option "Fiscal cash register" and click on the back arrow in the upper left corner, if you have created orders, each one must be deleted on "...", and then go to "Delete".

Then click on the blue circle with a white plus sign in the lower right corner to create and issue a new account.
